I came in Wednesday I had to say I had the best cold drink ever made for me. The girl on station around 10 am delivered what I wanted when I said extra pearls and my butterfly drink she did that but didn't add too much beyond that she made the drink what it looks like in the promos I've been to Monroe Ave Starbucks in Webster Starbucks and they have not made the drink to be the colors that you see in the promotion she made it a three levels of colors and it's was blasting with flavor . Best butterfly drink I ever had please tell me when she's working so I know to have her make it for me I came in to get the s'mores drink but unfortunately you guys are out of it I'm happy that happens. May I add the girl that made my drink around 10:00 a.m. at a detail and took her time but was making the clock It wasn't over 3 minutes or 2 minutes it was under she was very sleek with how she runs that cold station . I usually don't like this spot because of the homeless people but I'm going to come back if she's there If she's not there then I'll just order my pistachio latte but she understands what people want

We stopped in to buy two iced coffees on Sunday at 12:15 pm at the Blossom - Winton Road store. We waited about twenty minutes, while pre orders were sitting on the counter and the long line of cars were being served before us. The manager was typing on his tablet while I was talking to him about the long wait. He said he could do nothing. Advised us to talk to corporate. He really did not care. We cancelled our order. If your system does not encourage managers to give feedback, there is something wrong with it. We keep reading about the community vibe you are trying to achieve. By prioritizing the car line and pre orders over customers who are actually in the store, you are not creating a pleasant community vibe, to say the least.

I ordered on the app and picked up and the service and drink were great, but the location and getting in and out was chaotic as it’s on a busy interaction. Just something to keep in mind if you’re in a rush or a nervous driver

I usually place my mobile order here at least once a week and never have any issues. My drink is always made correctly. Staff is very attentive and quick. I appreciate their hard work!

Very busy and high-demand Starbucks location. There’s almost always a steady flow of people, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking to sit quietly and relax with a cup of coffee. However, it’s a great grab-and-go location. Fast service despite the heavy customer volume, orders move efficiently, and it’s very convenient to stop by and pick up a latte on the way. Well organized, practical, and reliable when you need coffee without delays.
